- Yes. Packages are tied to the vehicle’s VIN, so if the package is still valid, you can use it. To update your contact details or manage the plan, reach out to VinFast Customer Service via the app or hotline.
- After receiving payment confirmation, start your vehicle (in Park mode) to check activation. If it’s not active within 24 hours, contact Customer Service for help.
- Yes—if you contact Customer Service within 24 hours and, even after following their technical guidance, activation still fails due to a VinFast error, you’ll receive a full refund. If more than 24 hours pass, we’ll still help you resolve it, but refunds won’t be issued. Refer more at Terms & Condition of VF Connect.
- The current paid package will be expired without renewal. To regain functionality, you’ll need to manually register a new package.
