Intelligent features and entertainment services on the VF e34 will necessitate the vehicle being connected to a mobile data network to transmit and receive data.

This connection will be made via the vehicle's integrated eSIM, allowing the vehicle to connect to the VinFast-selected telecommunications network to provide the following services:

Make and receive calls, assist with emergency
Transmit data for smart features and in-car entertainment services
Receive SMS from VinFast's Operations Center as needed from the service control system.

VinFast will provide a free 2GB/month data plan for the first 2 years of using the basic smart feature set. Customers who want to use advanced smart features should subscribe to a paid data plan. In the first phase, VinFast signed a cooperation agreement with MobiFone operator to provide a variety of optimal data packages for customers using VF e34 in Vietnam.
